DO TULIPS, HYDRANGEAS OR GERBERAS COME IN SPECIFIC COLOURS?

We do not specify the colour of tulips, hydrangeas or gerberas used in our flower arrangements. Colours will vary as we use only the freshest flowers available on the day. However, if you let us know your 3 colour preferences we will endeavour to get these for your order.

I DON’T LIKE THE COLOUR OF THE WRAPPING PAPER OR THE WRAPPING STYLE OF THE BOUQUET. CAN YOU CHANGE IT?

Sure, simply let us know your preferences via phone (852) 2730 0250 or email [email protected]  and our customer service representatives can help to customize your flower arrangement.

CAN YOU CHANGE THE COLOUR OF THE FLOWERS FOR MY ORDER?

Yes, you can add remarks in the special request field on the checkout page and we will fulfil your request to the best of our ability. Please note that additional fees may be required in some cases. Unfortunately, we will not able to change the colour if your order has already been prepared or dispatched for delivery.

HOW LONG WILL THE FLOWER LAST?

With the proper care, our flowers can last up to 3-5 days. We strongly advise our customers to follow our flower care tips and to keep the flowers in a cool location and out of direct sun. You can view our flower care tips here: https://giftflowers.com.hk/en/flower-care/.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASES ON GIFT FLOWERS HONG KONG?

You can pay for your order online through our website using your credit card or PayPal. We also accept payment via direct deposit into banks and direct bank transfer. Alternatively, we can process your payment with offline facilities.

We will also be introducing additional payment methods such as PayMe, WeChat and FPS (Fast Payment System) in the near future.

HOW DO I ADD A PROMOTION CODE TO MY ORDER?

Please select the ‘Have a promotion code? Click here’ link located in the bottom left of your shopping cart. The section will display a field for you to enter your promotion code. Click on ‘apply’ to add the promotion code to your order.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF GIFT FLOWERS HONG KONG DOES NOT ACCEPT MY CREDIT CARD?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept all forms of payment. We accept Paypal on our website; however, you may get in touch with our Customer Service representatives via phone (852) 2730 0250 or email ([email protected]). We are happy to help you complete your purchase with a credit card.

MY CREDIT CARD IS A NON-HONG KONG ISSUED CREDIT CARD. CAN I STILL MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE?

Yes, we accept most major credit cards on our website regardless of the issuing country. However, please note that transactions will be in Hong Kong Dollars and may be susceptible to your card issuers currency conversion rates.

We encrypt each piece of data you submit through this website to protect our customers from unauthorized access by automated programs.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER WITH GIFT FLOWERS HONG KONG?

Yes, if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. You can do this by contact our Customer Service representatives via (852) 2730 0250 or [email protected]. Please provide the details of your order in the email.

We may be able to accommodate some requests within 48 hours of delivery; however, a fee of $100 is charged to cover administrative fees.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders with items that have already been purchase and/or packaged. You will be required to pay the order’s full price.

CAN YOU DELIVER MY FLOWERS AT A SPECIFIC TIME?

If you give us at least 24 hours of notice for your delivery, we can accommodate most requests. If you have a very specific time (e.g. 7 p.m.), we can accommodate you for a fee of $160. If you did not specify a time frame in your order, or you want to make a change, you can contact Customer Service. Please do this at least 24 hours before your requested delivery time.

It is always possible that traffic conditions, weather or an accident could prevent us from fulfilling a request. If this is the case, one of our customer service agents will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Also, please keep in mind that we might have to charge additional fees for re-delivery or additional delivery services.

CAN I HAVE FLOWERS DELIVERED THE SAME DAY I ORDER THEM?

Yes, but only if you make the order before 1:00 p.m. We typically make same-day deliveries between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ACCIDENTALLY PROVIDED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS?

You should always be cautious when providing the details of your order. We are not held responsible for failed deliveries based on an incorrect or invalid delivery address or contact phone number for the recipient.

If you realize that you have made an error, get in touch with Customer Service right away, giving us at least 48 hours to correct the order.

If we are unable to deliver a product based on the recipient’s unavailability or an inaccurate address, we will attempt to make delivery again within 24 hours. The sender may be charged additional fees for re-delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WEATHER OR TRAFFIC CONDITIONS PREVENT DELIVERY?

If we find that weather or traffic conditions are preventing us from making a delivery, we will deliver again within 24 hours at no additional cost to the sender.

DO YOU OFFER ORDER TRACKING THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PAID FOR IT?

Unfortunately, we are not able to change an order once it is in the process of preparation or shipping. For orders that have not been prepared, we may charge an additional fee based on the type of change. We are not able to refund any difference in price.

CAN I ADD A GIFT TO BE DELIVERED WITH MY FLOWER ORDER?

Yes, you can also order a small gift to accompany your flower arrangement. You can choose from a bottle of champagne, a teddy bear or a box of chocolates.

WHAT WILL THE FINAL PRODUCT LOOK LIKE? CAN YOU SEND ME A PHOTO?

Yes, you can add a remark to request for a photo in the special request field on the checkout page and we will send you an email with a photo of your flower arrangement once it has been prepared.

You may also get in touch with us via email ([email protected]) and our customer services team we will be able to assist you. Please note that we may not be able to fulfil such requests if your order has already been dispatched for delivery.

DO YOU DELIVER ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?

We do not accept same-day deliveries on holidays; however, you can order them for delivery ahead of time.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE WHERE I CAN GO TO CHOOSE AND BUY YOUR FLOWERS?

We do not have any physical store-fronts and all orders must be placed online, however we have teamed up with a local florist to offer a collection point for our customers.

Simply enter “Self-Pick-up” in the address field and special request field on the checkout page and your flowers will be ready to collect on your chosen date.

Our pick-up location is:

Collection is available during the following hours:
Monday to Saturday: 9:30am – 5:30pm
Sunday: 1:30pm – 5:30pm

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Within 10 minutes of placing your order, we will send an email to confirm your order. Get in touch with Customer Service if you have yet to receive email confirmation. Please check your Junk or Spam email folder as your confirmation email may have been sent to Spam.

WHICH AREAS DOES GIFT FLOWERS HONG KONG OFFER DELIVERY?

We offer delivery to all Hong Kong Metropolitan areas. We can deliver to residential areas, offices, shopping malls, schools, hotels and Hong Kong International airport (non-restricted areas only).

DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

- Specific Time Delivery, additional $500 surcharge (Includes requests for delivery within a specific time frame, or delivery before a specified time)

Mother's Day Delivery

Time slot selection is not available during Mother's Day period. All orders will be delivered between 9am - 6pm.

Specific time delivery is avaialble at an additional cost of $160. Requests for delivery within a specific time frame, or before a specified time will also incur a charge of $160.
